Privacy notice
Last updated 2 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data XT Technology Pte. Ltd. ("XT Technology", "we") collects through xttechnology.io, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send a message through the form on this site we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message you type. We also record the country your request came from and your IP address, which helps us spot abuse. This information is sent by email to our inbox and kept there so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
Bot protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and may set a cookie for that purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Hosting and traffic. This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection details such as your IP address and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from attack. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Email. If you email us directly, we keep your message and address in our mail system for as long as the conversation is relevant.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- We don't send marketing email. If you contact us, you'll only hear back about your enquiry.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data because it's necessary to take the steps you've asked for before entering a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in keeping our site secure. Enquiries we don't take forward are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as accounting and legal obligations require.
Who handles your data
Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection, analytics and transactional email) and Google Workspace (our mailbox). Both may store data outside the country you're in, under their standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@xttechnology.io and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
